Please note that you will either need to have a smartphone with video/audio capability or a computer with a webcam/audio capability. Either option will work with this platform. If you decide to use a computer for your virtual appointment, we ask that you please either use Safari, Google Chrome, or Firefox as your browser as others are not supported. 

At the time of your scheduled appointment, click the “doxy.me” link below for your prospective provider. You will then be directed away from our website to a HIPPA certified virtual waiting room. 

Just know that you may have to allow doxy.me permission to utilize video/audio on your device. Simply press “allow” as you are prompted. 

When you are in your doctor’s virtual waiting room a check in box will pop up on your screen. We ask that you type your name in box and click the “check in” button. 

At that time, your name will pop up on your provider’s screen and when they are able to accept your call, the loading screen will notify you that your call will begin shortly. We ask that you please be patient with your provider during this time and wait for them to accept your call. If for any reason you have complications getting this new platform to work, don’t worry. Your provider is aware of your appointment and will call the phone number that we have on file in our electronic health record if the platform fails. 

Office staff is available during business hours and frequently checks the voicemail throughout the day. Please do not hesitate to call if you have questions or run into any technical difficulties at the time of your scheduled appointment.
